It’s was my first time at NA/LA and my experience was superb! ✨ I’ve been looking for a nail salon around QC for quite some time now because my previous manicures resulted to my nails being brittle and my cuticles became unhealthy. I’m glad that I found out about NA/LA. It’s been days and my nails are looking good—no hangnails whatsoever! Another thing that I liked is their nail polish selection. They have A LOT and all colors are pretty! If you like the “clean girl” look, they have great nude, pinky options. I also like how they apply sunblock on your hands prior to exposing your hands to the UV—not all salons do that. The overall vibe of the place is great. It’s comfy and well-lit. Love the interior of the place! ❤️ I’ll definitely go back!
Na/La is hands down one of the best nail and spa experiences I’ve had. From the moment you walk in, you immediately feel the calm, elevated vibe of the space…it’s luxurious without being intimidating. 😉 Their customer service is exceptional!!! The staff are attentive, warm, and professional. You can tell they’re well-trained and passionate about what they do. Shout out to Rosh! ☺️ What really stood out to me is their commitment to premium nail care and sanitation. I observed that their tools are sterilized, everything is clean and organized, and hygiene is clearly a priority…even applying sunscreen after UV light exposure for curing. They use quality products that you can really see and feel in the results. I availed their LUSH Sleepy Lavender Escape Foot Spa + BIAB. Hands down the best nail salon experience I’ve ever had! They use vegan polish with no strong chemical smell and have an amazing selection of over 100 colors. Services include everything from regular polish and gel to nail art and extensions. The hand and foot spa feels so luxurious—they use premium products like Lush and L’Occitane, and they even apply sunblock on your hands during gel services to protect from UV. Free drinks, a cozy and easy-to-find location with ample parking, and a spotlessly clean restroom with bidet. I also had my lashes done and loved how light and natural they felt—plus they give you a brush for aftercare. Truly top-tier service. Highly recommended!
Had a gel mani and pedi at Na/La and had a great experience. The place is elegant, cozy, and very clean. I felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep. They have a huge selection of nail polish colors, including vegan options. The nail tech was commendable, very skilled, and extremely careful (great service) It’s been two weeks and my gel polish is still intact despite lots of washing at home. You definitely get what you pay for. Will be back and would love to try their foot spa next. ♡
Staff are very skilled and meticulous, the nail tech ensured my nails were shaped exactly as requested. Had my lashes lifted & tinted too! ---and they look stunning. Prices are reasonable for such high-quality services, will definitely come back. Highly recommended! 10/10
